{"id":115,"date":"2010-01-12T20:49:07","date_gmt":"2010-01-12T15:19:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ideadesign.in\/?p=115"},"modified":"2016-01-21T04:49:47","modified_gmt":"2016-01-21T04:49:47","slug":"ecological-restoration-of-lakes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/ideadesign.org\/wp\/?p=115","title":{"rendered":"Ecological Restoration of Lakes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Idea Design had worked on a conceptual presentation\u00a0for Ecological Restoration of Lakes, primarily prepared for Lakes of Bangalore, but applicable for Lake Systems of the sub-continent in general.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation looks at restoration from a regional planning level to restoration of edges and mosaic of ecological-patches and finally to the lake&#8217;s urban interface and landscape solutions. A comprehensive landscape planning approach will only ensure the success and longevity of restoration.
